Fast and Easy
Choose a fresh fish fillet of your choice.
Prepare the other ingredients: ginger, scallions, red chilli, soy and spices
Steam the fish fillet.
Scatter the scallions, ginger and chili on top of the steamed fish fillet.
Heat peanut oil over medium heat.
While heating the peanut oil, drizzle the fish with soy sauce and sesame oil.
When the peanut oil is very hot, pour it over the fish and aromatics. Serve immediately with steamed rice.
