    I’m so very grateful to have a book that features using a steam oven for meals. We’re not really into sweets or desserts, so this is the first book I’ve bought from Emily. My steam oven came with almost no instructions or recipes, none were even available on their website! Emily makes it all so easy to create wonderful dishes highlighting the benefits of using steam. We especially love the way salmon and other fish cook up so tender and succulent. The chicken dishes are also wonderful. Thank you for helping me use my steam oven, Emily.
