Sous vide chicken Caesar salad with bacon, croutons, and homemade creamy dressing.

Chicken breast  Bacon Boiled Eggs Caesar Dressing Croutons Parmesan cheese Lettuce

Ingredients

Lightly toast the bread just enough to dry the outside. Rub a garlic clove over each slice.

Toast the bread

Cut bread into cubes, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle salt, and bake until golden and dried.

Dice the bread for croutons

Place lettuce in a bowl, add half of the dressing.

Dress the lettuce

Put the dressed leaves into a serving bowl and top with the chicken, bacon, croutons and eggs.

Assemble

Grate  parmesan cheese  over the top  and  serve!
