Today we’re firmly on the food trend bandwagon, because so many of you have asked me about this dish and I can’t deny you any longer!

Although I live and breathe food content, following social media viral food trends is not generally my thing. Sometimes I see a trend recipe and give it a try; mostly I’m not quick enough off the mark to get on board before the trend fades away and we all forget about it. But dumpling lasagne? Count me (and lots of you, it seems) all the way in.

There are a couple of other winning easy dinner dishes from the archives below, plus a link to some really sweet little ceramic casserole pots to make all those dumpling lasagnes I’m sure will be filling your steam ovens in the days and weeks to come.
