Dressed chicken Tandoori seasonings (Paprika, Ginger, Cumin, Coriander, Turmeric, Cayenne) and Yogurt
Use a pair of kitchen scissors to flatten the chicken, and cut deep slashes into the meat
Mix the seasonings with yogurt
Smear the spiced yogurt over the chicken and place on top of an oven rack.
Cook the Tandoori chicken in the steam oven for 30 minutes, or regular oven for 45 minutes. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes, then carve and serve.
