A spatchcocked chicken, dark soy sauce, honey, ginger, scallions, garlic, chili paste and vinegar
Put the chicken into a deep baking dish with the skin side up.
Pour the honey soy mixture over the chicken and put the pan in the oven.
When it's cooked, let it sit for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
Serve with steamed rice and green vegetables. Add extra chili sauce if you like it spicy!
