Mix the dough

Add the dough ingredients to the stand mixer bowl, using the dough hook attachment.

First Proof

Once the dough forms a soft, elastic, and smooth mass, it's ready for proofing. Place the bowl (uncovered) in your steam oven and let it do its thing.

Make the filling

While the dough is proofing, combine the butter and garlic for the filling and set it aside.

Fill and Roll

Spread the garlic butter all over the dough and sprinkle it with cheese. Afterward, roll the dough up into a fragrant, cheesy, and squishy log.

Cut and Twist

Cut and shape your parmesan garlic bread. Twist the two doughs immediately. Then do the second proof in the steam oven before baking.

Slice and Serve

Once the garlic bread is golden, let it cool for 10 minutes and cut it into fat slices to serve.
