All Purpose Flour Cream Cheese Butter Salt
Put cream cheese, butter, flour, and salt in a food processor and pulse until it forms into a mass. Transfer the mixture onto a floured surface and gently knead it a few times to form the dough.

While the pastry is chilling, make the filling. Put the eggs, sugar, spices, salt and bourbon into a jug and whisk with a fork to combine well. Set aside.
Lightly grease patty pan or muffin trays. Put the pecan pie pastry into the holes. Fill with mini pecan pie filling. Bake for 15 minutes, then cool and serve.
