Pears Lettuce Walnut Dried Cranberries Honey Olive Oil Manchego Cheese Dijon Mustard Balsamic Vinegar Salt Pepper
Spread the pears into a single layer in a lined baking pan. Drizzle with salt, pepper, honey and olive oil, then roast.
After 12-15 minutes, remove the pears from the oven and add walnuts. Put back into oven and bake again for 10 minutes.
Combine all the pear and walnut salad dressing ingredients in a jar with lid, shaking to mix thoroughly.
Scatter washed leaves onto a large platter or bowl to form a base for your honey roasted pear and walnut salad.
Arrange warm roasted pears and walnuts over the salad leaves. Shave cheese and scatter dried cranberries over the top.
