Miso Ginger Dressing

Prepare all the ingredients for making fast fish parcels with miso ginger dressing.

Evenly distribute vegetables on foil or parchment paper. Start with carrots, then add broccolini and beans, ensuring an even layer to create a 'bed' for the fish.

Place the fish on top of the vegetables.

Place sliced scallions or green onions on each fish piece, and lightly season with a small amount of salt.

Securely seal the fast fish parcels, adding 2 tsp of water before closing. Arrange the parcels on a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes.

Combine scallions, ginger, miso paste, vinegar, and sesame oil for dressing. Set aside.

Prepare warm bowls for serving your fast fish parcels, and carefully open the cooked parcels. Watch for steam!

Transfer the fish and vegetables to bowls, drizzle with miso ginger dressing, and optionally add a scoop of rice. Enjoy your meal!
