Seal the fish parcels tightly, adding 2 tsp water before closing. Place the parcels onto a baking tray and cook for 15 minutes.
Prepare dressing: combine scallions, ginger, miso paste, vinegar, and sesame oil. Season, set aside.
Have warmed bowls ready for serving your easy fish parcels, then open the cooked parcels.
Transfer the fish and vegetables to bowls, with miso ginger dressing drizzled on top. Add a scoop of rice if you like. Dig in!
