Prepare the ingredients

Wet Ingredients

In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients and whisk together.

Coat the bacon

Combine the bacon, cheese, and scallions with the flour mixture until they're all coated.

Dry and Wet Mix

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and gently mix everything together.

Scoop

Scoop spoonfuls of the muffin batter into a lined 12-cup muffin pan.
