Moist apple and walnut loaf with yogurt, versatile for toasting or freezing.
Prepare your apples and walnuts. Peel and core the apples and dice them. Chop walnuts into small size.
Stir together the melted butter, eggs, yoghurt and vanilla.
Whisk the sugar, flour, baking powder and salt together in a separate bowl. Combine wet and dry.
Tip in the apples and walnuts and fold through. Stir until everything is combined. Don't overmix.
Scrape the apple walnut bread batter into your prepared pan and bake.
Let the apple walnut bread cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes. Serve warm.
